When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: the student's name, the parent or guardian's name, mobile number, email address (optional), class, board, subject, preferred learning mode and format, city or locality (for offline tuition), preferred schedule and any message you write. We also record the date and time of the enquiry, the page it was sent from, and a one-way coded version of your internet address to protect the form from spam.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To arrange tuition, share fee details and confirm schedules.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Children's information

Enquiries about students under 18 should be made by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses a cookie that is strictly necessary to show your enquiry confirmation. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are used only after you agree to them in the cookie notice.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored on our website's secure server and in our email account, and are accessible only to RamanTutor. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above.
